About the Team

We're seeking a creative and performance-driven marketer to lead our Global Gaming Marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee a globally dispersed team of marketing solutions and GTM marketers, partnering with gaming brands and advertisers to establish TikTok as the premier launchpad for games.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with the GM - Global Gaming and Head of North America Business Marketing & Global Gaming Marketing to prioritize marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead the Gaming on TikTok B2B brand, synergizing efforts with Global Content, Live, and other XFN teams to drive successful impact.
  3. Develop and own the global gaming narrative in-market, positioning TikTok for success and speaking at conferences to bring this value proposition to life.
  4. Ensure strong product understanding across performance product solutions, creative solutions, and branding product solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to align OKRs and KPIs.
  5. Identify key initiatives to accelerate revenue, manage the XP, Mobile KA verticals, and drive research, education, and active adoption at scale.
  6. Develop talent, ensuring individuals represent diverse backgrounds and have pathways for continuous learning and development.
  7. Build an operating model for the team, ensuring high collaboration, excellent standards of work, and stakeholder communication.
  8. Provide learnings and iterative feedback to product and marketing teams to improve marketing programs and product solutions.
  9. Deliver regular executive updates on measurable business results, adapting and pivoting as needed based on data-driven learnings.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in marketing with strong knowledge of the gaming industry, performance marketing, and media strategy.
  • Experience working with B2B & B2C customers in a global environment.
  • Proven leadership in growing and building teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team across different departments, XFNs, and markets.
