Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to position our financial diligence services competitively in the market.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored financial diligence proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Six or more years of proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry, specifically in financial diligence or advisory services.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills, strong ability to maintain project deadlines and focus, high attention to detail, and experience with SalesForce and MS Office products.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting.

  • Competitive Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 base plus commissions.
