About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Mid-Market Production Account Executive to join our team in the West Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert risk management and advisory services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and identify client needs to deliver customized risk management and advisory services.
  • Develop and execute a portfolio of middle market client accounts, focusing on commercial accounts and broader solutions.
  • Ensure overall account profitability through a value-based approach.
  • Lead stewardship planning and delivery, driving the renewal process and assembling the appropriate team.
  • Educate clients on trends, market issues, and relevant data and analytics.
  • Marshal Aon resources to support clients in unusual circumstances.
  • Involves others across geographic, solution lines, and functional boundaries to define interdependent responses to opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in leading client relationships and/or selling risk management or health and benefit solution products.
  • Ability to build relationships, grow, and leverage relationships that translate into meaningful business results.
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of advising and influencing decision-makers.
  • Excellent client management skills, able to manage an existing book and deliver on client promise while generating new business.
  • Able to articulate and execute on a strong value proposition.
  • Organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Proven technical proficiency demonstrating capabilities to build innovative solutions.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to clearly express thoughts and concepts at various levels.
  • Excellent digital literacy, including working experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience.
