The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid Market Account Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business in the mid-market segment through outbound prospecting, sales cycles, and closing abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for mid-market champions and economic buyers within your book of business.
- Full ownership of your book of business, documenting buying criteria, buying process, next steps, key stakeholders, and projected bookings.
- Contribute to team root cause analyses on wins/losses and communicate lessons learned to peers and cross-functional teams.
- Strategically align with BDRs to execute end-to-end outbound selling motions.
- Adhere to and help improve the Mid Market sales process.
- Provide account leadership and direction in the pre- and post-sales process.
- Be the voice of the customer, contributing product and process improvements.
- 4-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of above-target performance.
- Exceed expectations and hold yourself accountable to a higher standard of excellence.
- Lead from the front and have a consistent, predictable, and repeatable sales process.
- Learn quickly and be excited to take on challenging new projects.
- Be smart, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
