About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid Market Account Executive to join our team at INGENIOUS.BUILD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and closing business with our largest prospects.

Your primary objective will be to put our innovative products and solutions into the hands of consumers worldwide. You will act as the face of our company, prospecting and selling into targeted environments using your market experience and consultative selling skills for new logo acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and win new business through developing key executive relationships
  2. Partner with the balance of your account team and leverage customer analytics
  3. Effectively plan to meet and exceed your ongoing business goals and revenue quotas
  4. Develop a deep understanding of our technology platform and operations, using that understanding and market input to bring back iterations to our business
  5. Constantly deepen understanding of market trends to enable consultative insight
  6. Use various sales methodologies (Challenger/MEDDIC) to ensure an optimized consultative sales approach
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
  2. Speak to a track record of success
  3. 3+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of solutions within the AEC space
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
  5. Experience working independently with a data-driven mindset for charting a path to short, medium, and long-term sales goals
  6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
  7. Start-up experience preferred
