The Opportunity

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our cohesive team, offering a unique chance to build a successful career with global potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Front Office and Guest Services, ensuring seamless communication between pertinent departments.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and engaging service.
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures for guests, working closely with internal departments.
  • Ensure all financial and credit procedures are followed, following up on credit problems with the Financial Manager.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of luxury hotel experience in a supervisory or management role of Front Office or Rooms Division.
  • Flexibility with schedule – able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and some overnights.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Work authorization document – proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America.
