Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a fervor for various marketing disciplines and a keen eye for branding. They should possess robust digital marketing expertise and a proven history of effective social media management and digital initiatives. This position will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely to establish uniform brand practices for all existing and future properties under the Common Bond Hotel Collection umbrella.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and increasing direct bookings.
  • Oversee and manage social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and effectively engage with our target demographic.
  • Work alongside on-property and/or agency resources to produce captivating and pertinent content for social media communications.
  • Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and applications, applying that knowledge to enhance the quality and relevance of social media content.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Management teams to optimize campaigns and promotions, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and return on investment using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Remain informed about digital marketing trends and best practices within the hospitality sector, consistently seeking innovative ways to enhance our digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media and digital marketing; experience in the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media campaigns and strategies across various platforms.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Creative outlook with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
