Brand Strategist
Doe-Anderson is seeking a dedicated Brand Strategist with a strong interest in the healthcare sector to enhance our expanding Strategic Planning division. This role requires collaboration within a team environment to create and advocate for strategies that assist brands in addressing business challenges and achieving marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is a narrative-driven individual, deeply analytical, and perpetually inquisitive, capable of transforming extensive data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Regularly assess brand performance indicators, competitor movements, market trends, and industry changes, synthesizing insights into actionable briefs.
- Consumer Insights: Perform both primary and secondary research independently and in partnership with essential internal and external research collaborators to reveal and articulate consumer truths that offer a competitive or creative edge for brands.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate across various departments, including client relations, media, digital, and creative teams, to formulate brand narratives, creative briefs, and communication strategies that assist clients in overcoming marketing hurdles.
- Team Collaboration: Engage closely with diverse teams to ensure brand strategy alignment across creative and channel executions.
- Client Engagement: Act as a strategic ally for clients, building trust through a deep understanding of their needs, effective communication, and delivering data-driven, practical recommendations for their brands.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
- Strong written, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable with providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibits high integrity and strong character.
- Willingness to relocate to designated areas, with a flexible work policy that respects personal lives and allows for adaptability in office attendance.
