About the Role

Civic Voice Partners is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Field Organizers. As a Field Organizer, you will play a critical role in mobilizing voters in competitive Kentucky State House Districts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Canvass and engage with voters in-person, using provided tools to observe, record, and report feedback and data.
  • Actively participate in virtual meetings and engage with the community through social media platforms, amplifying and sharing campaign content and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to test and improve tactics and strategies, providing valuable insights and feedback.
Requirements
  • Reside in Jefferson or Oldham County, KY, or the Greater Louisville Area.
  • Commit to either 10 hours or 20 hours of organizing per week.
  • Be proficient in Google Workspace and willing to learn team management software.
  • Utilize social media platforms to connect and engage with the community.
  • Be open to constructive feedback and willing to adapt and change as the team learns and grows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with voter contact data and management systems.
  • Familiarity with Louisville and/or Kentucky political landscapes and community issues.
Compensation
  • Starting compensation is $15/hour for either 10 or 20 hours per week. This is a part-time position with no benefits included.
