The Sun Dermatology Territory Manager is a key role responsible for promoting Sun's branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and institutions specializing in medical dermatology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and integrate with the HQ Commercial Team and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products.
  • Manage promotional budgets within the territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sales experience.
  • Strong communication and business acumen skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt, and deliver results.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience selling products in complex Market Access environments.
  • Experience promoting high-science products.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in highly competitive environments.

This individual must possess a positive attitude, be adaptable to a dynamic environment, and maintain focus on achieving territory business goals.   • Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their territory.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Supervision Received: Reports to Regional Sales Manager.

Interactions with Others: Interacts at multiple levels inside and outside the company. Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential.
