Job Title: Territory Account Manager - Advanced Solutions

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record with a focus on outside sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced growing company
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
