Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Lead to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction processes of various projects, including civil infrastructure and government facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all projects meet the highest standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the architectural design process from initial concepts to final construction.
  • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed architectural plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to develop effective design solutions.
  • Manage all phases of construction, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with current building codes and regulations throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government representatives.
  • Mentor and lead a team of architects and construction professionals.
  • Coordinate with various professionals to ensure project success.
  • Review architectural documents for interdisciplinary conflicts.
  • Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, and public forums.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Must hold a valid Architect registration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction, particularly in civil and government projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid NCARB certification is preferred.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Strong presentation skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion.
