Job Title: Relationship Manager

Associated Banc-Corp is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships, ensuring retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate relationships
  • Ensure retention of total client assets and net growth in relationships
  • Comply with established Associated Banc-Corp risk management and credit policy, business strategy, and regulatory guidelines
  • Work closely with internal partners to facilitate the development of new business relationships and develop prospects through COIs and other proactive measures
  • Build deposits, loans, fee income, and refer appropriate customers and prospects to all applicable cross-sell partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent related experience
  • 5-7 years of commercial banking or business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong business development skills, strong credit skills, strong knowledge of non-borrowing products, and past track records of sales and client management success
