Job Title: Relationship Manager

A leading banking institution is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic lending initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the growth of the lending portfolio.
  • Represent the bank in the local community and foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing consumer lending.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective management reporting systems to inform senior management and the Board of Directors.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in lending, credit policy, default operations, credit risk, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of residential mortgages and consumer loans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct the activities of others.
