About the Role

The Amazon Audio & Accessories team is seeking a talented and customer-obsessed Senior Merchant Manager to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace.

This role offers the unique opportunity to own a sizable portion of a fast-growing category P&L while driving large-scale, high-visibility projects across various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive best-in-class customer experience and maximize unit and GMS growth.
  • Work closely with Marketplace teams to recruit strategic sellers and drive sales in new categories.
  • Identify and lead new Seller partnerships, manage large Sellers, and enhance the overall Seller experience with better self-service and reporting resources.
  • Lead a variety of projects that impact both Consumer Electronics and the broader US business.
  • Innovate with sellers to drive optimal customer experience across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of professional experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to earn trust, and articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong business judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering results.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
  • Operates as a team player, likes to have fun at work, and has a positive attitude.
