  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with other departments and teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree or 10 years' experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Metal fabrication industry experience and/or management experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of production methods, processes, and industrial machines/equipment, with experience with PLCs, drives, gauges, rolling mill controls, data acquisition HMI's, annealing line controls, and instrumentation.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced production manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to weather and environmental temperature extremes and high noise levels.
