Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at WORKFORCE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing asset management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and tactics to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production and other business functions.
  • Develop and manage maintenance budgets, forecasts, and capital plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, working with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance operations, with 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance management, with experience in asset management, reliability engineering, and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and related software, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
