Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site construction activities for designated projects.
Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality specifications.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction personnel.
Implement and uphold safety measures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct regular site evaluations and progress meetings.
Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction sector.
Significant experience with multi-family, condominium, clubhouse, and hospitality developments.
