Responsibilities

The Loss Recovery Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Performing all clerical functions, including document-related functions for the Loss Recovery Team.
  • Data input into Symitar & Temenos on members' accounts.
  • Processing member payments received via check and ACH.
  • Completing daily negative share charge off report and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Filing estate claims with probate court.
  • Assisting the Loss Recovery Team with member and attorney communications.
  • Processing and distributing mail for the Loss Recovery Team.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Prior collections or clerical experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use business machines and PC experience.
  • Good communication skills with excellent grammar.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred.
