About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Recovery Specialist to join our team at Hire Velocity. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead group therapy sessions, utilizing our evidence-based curriculum to foster community and build recovery skills.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional care team, including prescribers, care navigators, and peer recovery coaches, to provide holistic clinical care.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region, while developing your clinical skill set.
  • Document members' progress, using outcome measures and client feedback to inform treatment decisions.
  • Engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

Requirements
  • An active IN behavioral health license, including LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, or CAP, with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
