Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security equipment to ensure the property is secure
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing first aid and assistance as needed
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. law enforcement, security, hospitality)
  • Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role
  • Certifications in first aid, CPR, or other security-related areas
