About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Development Executive to join our team at Cox Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new account acquisition and development, as well as upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new prospects in assigned territory and collect information about their businesses to prepare for sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain sales growth plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Communicate with prospective customers to explore mutually beneficial objectives and assess their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support and service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Making sales presentations to customer decision makers and negotiating pricing, products, and promotions with new customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency using Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful experience with B2B outside sales with quotas, telecommunications, technology, or cloud sales experience.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $51,300.00 - $76,900.00 per year, with an annual incentive/commission target of $62,800.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for a range of benefits, including health care insurance, retirement planning, paid days off, and more.
