Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join Larry Cowart - State Farm Agent team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing expert advice on our insurance products, and driving business growth through proactive marketing efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Your ability to build trust with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service will be crucial to your success in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is around $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance sales or account management.
