About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Team Manager to join our team at Manna Development Group. As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our bakery-cafe by developing our people, managing team performance, and building a warm and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, motivate, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Run great shifts and ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to run great shifts and manage multiple priorities
  • One year of restaurant or retail management experience
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to pass)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
