Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to make critical decisions while adhering to company protocols.
