Position Overview: The Property Leasing Specialist serves as the key representative for property sales and acts as the primary liaison for resident customer service. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Welcoming potential residents, providing refreshments, promoting property advantages, collecting deposits, and executing all leasing tasks.
  • Answering incoming calls promptly, ensuring first contact by the second ring.
  • Professionally addressing inquiries from customers, residents, and vendors.
  • Completing welcome cards, documenting all traffic, and following up with prospective residents.
  • Assessing potential residents in accordance with property guidelines while adhering to Fair Housing and OSHA regulations.
  • Gathering all necessary paperwork, fees, and deposits for new leases.
  • Fostering a professional and inviting office environment.
  • Conducting daily inspections of model units, vacant apartments, and office spaces to ensure readiness.
  • Staying informed about local market trends and conditions, updating the Market Survey on a monthly basis.
  • Maintaining precise records of residents and leasing activities.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly leasing and marketing reports as required.
  • Receiving service requests and directing them to maintenance, ensuring follow-up with residents.
  • Inspecting the property, collecting litter, and reporting maintenance needs to management.
  • Complying with all local and state laws as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting colleagues with various apartment management tasks.
  • Utilizing the golf cart safely and legally.
  • Understanding the budgetary constraints.
  • Following up on service requests.
  • Participating in ongoing training as assigned.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $21 - $22/hr plus commission.
