We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Staff to join our team at FirstService Residential. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Inspections: Routinely inspect properties, including roofs, to identify and report any issues or concerns.
  • Safety Protocols: Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing work, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to company safety policies.
  • Communication: Maintain a positive working relationship with building staff, including residents, management, and other team members.
  • Work Orders: Complete daily work orders as scheduled, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Casual Labor: Perform casual labor tasks as needed, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: In a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
