The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for executing daily administrative functions, which include communicating with patients, addressing inquiries, and managing phone calls. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, with flexible hours between 8am/10am to 4pm/6pm (may include rotating Saturdays)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or Medical Receptionist role, specifically within a Plastic Surgery environment.
  • Experience in insurance verification and prior authorization processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Managing patient documentation efficiently.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound communication.
  • Coordinating patient appointment schedules.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients upon arrival.
  • Conducting insurance verification and prior authorization tasks.
