The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Practice Administrator and Revenue Cycle Coordinator to manage our front office operations, billing processes, and revenue cycle management. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate front office activities, including scheduling and patient communication
  • Manage billing processes, including data entry, claims submission, and follow-up on accounts receivables
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party payors and vendors
  • Analyze and report on practice financial performance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in medical billing or practice administration

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
