About the Role
  • Estimated salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of WebPT and Therabill, and the ability to work independently. They will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing billing and administrative tasks, and supporting front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides exceptional patient service, including responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manages billing and administrative tasks, including entering charge data into the billing system and mailing/transmitting insurance claims and patient statements.
  • Supports front office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of WebPT and Therabill.
