Duke Health Revenue Coordinator

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
Job Description:This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care while ensuring efficient revenue management processes.
Responsibilities:- Manage patient flow, coordinate clinical preparations, and perform charge postings
- Deliver exceptional customer service through message distribution and ancillary scheduling
- Process pre-visit orders, maintain accurate patient records, and collect co-payments
- Schedule tests and procedures, and educate patients about billing processes
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Familiarity with medical terminology and phone etiquette
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- HS diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience a plus
