Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and front office activities, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
  • Manage billing and accounts receivable duties, including coding, claim submission, and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and third-party payors, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, reduce billing errors, and increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with medical billing software and systems
Estimated Salary Range:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
