Program Management Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee programs ranging from analytics, insights, and compliance to business process development and rhythm of the business support all in support of the repair and maintenance business at Starbucks.
  • Develop and manage a suite of robust tools used to manage the business, is responsible for documenting, memorializing, and communicating changes to business process and supports a fleet of U.S. repair service providers in the spend management and financial accounting space.
  • Communicate learnings and insights of trends impacting the business to teams, project managers and leaders.
  • Create structure and presentations for assigned work streams with minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to facilities team discussions to ensure that strategy materials well represent the business needs.
  • Develop robust and detailed work plans for key projects.
  • Manage workload and progress to ensure cross-functional teams deliver high quality work on time.
  • Lead projects and develop presentations that represent the strategy of the facilities support team.
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in the application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
  • 8 years of experience managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
  • 8 years of experience building and mentoring teams including PMs and senior PMs.
  • 6 years of experience mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
  • 8 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
  • 4-year degree preferred.
  • Prefer previous experience in project management within a retail/QSR environment.
  • Previous experience managing programs within facilities project management supporting large retail/restaurant environments preferred.
