Product Management Leader Opportunity

Truveta is seeking a seasoned product management leader to own the charter to evolve and scale Truveta Studio, a platform ready for organizational workflows. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building exceptional Studio experiences that enable access to fit-for-purpose datasets, foster collaboration, and support regulatory-grade analytics. Your focus will be on platform usability, security, scale, and efficiency, ensuring that Truveta Studio meets the needs of diverse business customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a compelling product strategy for evolving Truveta Studio as a platform, enhancing its capabilities for organizational use.
  • Stay informed with the latest trends around data science to provide product thought leadership in improving Truveta Studio as a scientifically rigorous analytics platform.
  • Own the overall user experience of the platform, creating intuitive user interfaces and seamless workflows that meet the needs of diverse users.
  • Work closely with engineering, clinical informaticists, research, customer success, and sales/marketing teams to drive product development and adoption.
  • Foster clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders via excellent written and oral communication.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the success of platform features and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, including shipping products related to data analytics, data science, or data visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement platform capabilities that align ease-of-use for users with ability to manage the platform at the organizational level.
  • Comfortable driving complex and ambiguous projects across a diverse set of teams.
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale datasets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Able to work with teams on west coast hours.
