Position Overview

The Regional Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in driving customer engagement and nurturing relationships with independent distributors and retailers. This position is essential for enhancing sales performance and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain robust business relationships with independent distributors in the assigned region.
  • Recruit and onboard high-quality candidates for distributorships.
  • Provide comprehensive orientation and training to new independent distributors.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Roguesearch and independent distributors.
  • Develop strong partnerships with retailers to secure product authorizations, shelf space, and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with independent distributors to support their business growth.
  • Assist distributors in formulating effective business plans.
  • Manage a designated sales territory as needed, ensuring a smooth transition and balance within four weeks.
  • Support Distributor Accounts and Retail Accounts Receivable as required.
  • Adhere to company practices and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
  • Utilize a company vehicle for daily operations while prioritizing safety.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales leadership within the food and beverage or grocery sectors.
  • Proven ability to cultivate accounts and build rapport with clients and distributors.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Capability to work independently from home.
  • Early riser; typical workdays commence at 4:00 AM.
  • Clear driving record is essential.
  • Advanced education, specialized training, or military experience is highly regarded.
