This newly established position within the marketing team will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. We are in search of an individual who excels at crafting exceptional customer experiences and can adeptly transition between strategic planning and campaign execution. Collaboration with product marketing, demand generation, customer success, and customer operations teams will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the strategy for customer communications and journey. Collaborate with product marketing and customer operations to create a systematic approach to customer-focused communications and lifecycle campaigns aimed at boosting adoption and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee customer engagement initiatives and communication programs in conjunction with Events and Demand Generation teams, including workshops, conferences, onboarding, and ongoing nurture campaigns.
  • Homeowner Education: Create B2C and B2B2C initiatives to inform homeowners and encourage the use of our payment solutions.
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement: Work with Customer Operations to establish KPIs for customer retention. Continuously assess and enhance our NPS by collaborating with Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Product teams.
  • Customer Enablement: Partner with Customer Success and Operations to develop training materials and scalable programs that facilitate successful product adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Revenue Growth: Collaborate with demand generation and customer operations to design campaigns that drive renewals, referrals, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Customer Advocacy: Create and manage programs that promote customer loyalty, including referral programs, testimonials, and case studies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with a preference for 1-2 years in customer marketing.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred; B2B2C experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute customer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with accounting, payments, or property management sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRMs and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
