Core Responsibilities
The Client Relationship Executive acts as the main liaison for clients, ensuring the delivery of our client commitment while fostering robust relationships with individuals, families, and organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of our services, a focus on meeting performance metrics, and a commitment to cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Duties
1. Uphold The Trust Company's Mission, Core Values, and Client Commitment.
2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and needs, recognizing that our clients are the foundation of our existence.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a consultative approach to become their trusted advisor.
4. Organize regular plan review meetings with sponsors, inquiring about their circumstances, suggesting plan modifications when suitable, and providing pertinent updates.
5. Identify opportunities for The Trust Company to offer additional services to current clients, collaborating with team members who possess specialized expertise.
6. Seek new business prospects and establish connections with influential networks.
7. Stay informed about current economic trends and translate their implications for clients.
8. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of retirement plan principles, communicating complex topics such as plan design and annual testing in an accessible manner.
9. Collaborate with internal operations teams on client-related tasks for plans where we provide record-keeping and administrative services.
10. Coordinate services with external record-keepers for plans where applicable.
11. Oversee employee communication initiatives by scheduling enrollment meetings and participant education sessions with Client Specialists.
12. Utilize internal systems to manage client relationships and complete tasks efficiently.
13. Provide detailed meeting minutes or follow-up summaries for all client review meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on all action items.
14. Address both external and internal tasks with urgency, escalating issues to the Team Lead or Senior Management as necessary.
15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in the retirement plan or investment sector preferred.
- Possession of advanced industry certifications (QKA, RPA, etc.) or willingness to pursue such certifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of client personalities and demographics.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
