Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to support our Client Services Team in serving and responding to clients' needs on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Client Services Team in responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry, daily fulfillments, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with research and resolution of client claims and discrepancies.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid class C license in state working with no adverse driving record.
Work Environment

The work environment is a fast-paced office setting with moderate noise levels.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
