Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to join our team at Benefit & Risk Management Services, Inc. (BRMS). As a Client Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Client Services Team in serving and responding to clients' needs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with data entry, daily fulfillments, and other administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Managers to gather information and provide timely and detailed responses to client requests.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, Account Executives, and Client Managers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage claim research and details from beginning to end, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management to ensure the success of the team.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, Account Executives, and Client Managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid class C license in the state of employment, with a clean driving record.
