Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager: Structural Engineering Project Lead to join our team at Infinity Systems. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of structural engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead a team of skilled workers in the planning, execution, and oversight of structural engineering projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in structural engineering project management, with a focus on construction and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of skilled workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
