Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality improvement projects through cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Analyze and interpret manufacturing data to inform quality improvement initiatives and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement quality standards, inspection methods, and lean processes to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in customer meetings and visits to ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred.
  • 5 years related work experience, with a focus on quality tools and lean processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate measuring machine reports.
  • Knowledge of quality tools, such as 8D, 5 Why, DOE, APQP, and PPAP.
