Video Production Intern

Internship Location: On-Site

Expected Weekly Commitment: Approximately hours per week

The Video Production Intern will support the video production process for AEG's various entertainment channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for the sports and entertainment sector and have a foundational understanding of video production and broadcast photography. Preference will be given to those with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and professional video equipment. As an intern, you will serve as a production assistant for event coverage, interviews, and game days, while effectively managing your workload in a dynamic environment. You will also assist in organizing current and future projects and managing assets within the media management system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support coverage during events, including video editing, equipment handling, and file management.
  • Contribute to the creative development of video content.
  • Manage and maintain the video file library.
  • Capture and edit video interviews and highlights from practices and events.
  • Assist in documenting practice sessions and post-event media opportunities.
  • Transcribe quotes from players and coaches for digital content.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program as a junior, senior, or graduate student.
  • Proficient video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Cloud applications.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with athletes and coaches.
  • Capable of collaborating with others to solve problems and deliver projects with accuracy and professionalism.
