Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of musical and rental equipment.
  • Coordinate with the stage manager to secure necessary passes and prepare guest lists.
  • Support the audio and lighting teams with cabling and setup as directed.
  • Facilitate band set changes efficiently.
  • Ensure that all performers have the essential items required for their shows.
  • Communicate event details clearly to the production crew.
  • Manage the installation of show banners and update venue signage.
  • Oversee catering arrangements for the band in the venue.
  • Assist with lighting and audio operations, including spotlight management when needed.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on sound, lighting, and staging equipment.
  • Support the stage manager with the distribution of show passes.
  • Maintain and secure backline equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging elements.
  • Assist audio teams with microphones, stands, and cabling.
  • Help lighting teams with fixtures, gels, and other equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe stage environment.
  • Assist with operations for special events as required.
  • Ensure stage cleanliness and readiness for subsequent shows.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in tour and stage production.
  • Familiarity with stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video setups.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs using appropriate techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College Degree.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Work in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
