Relationship Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. As a Relationship Manager, you will answer client queries, identify new business opportunities among existing customers, and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities- Service: Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts, develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Business Development: Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, and develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on account status, prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics, and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years of Relationship Management, Client/Account Management, and/or Sales experience.
- PAYMENTS industry and/or Financial Services experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategy, resolve complex problems, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g. Salesforce).
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
