About the Role
Fiserv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers at our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations, strategy, and business development.
- Develop and implement account plans that drive incremental Fiserv revenue through the creation of profitable deal constructs and innovative partnerships.
- Identify and build a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities that increase profitability and contribution margin, as well as lead retention of partnerships via contract renegotiations and renewals that deliver profitable outcomes for Fiserv.
- Cultivate and improve relationships across multiple levels and teams at client organizations to identify and implement solutions to grow and expand revenue.
- Increase the Likely to Recommend score through deep strategic partnerships and obtain assigned sales quota through contract renewals and the sale of various products and services to assigned client portfolios in partnership with product sales SMEs.
- Responsible for retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations, and carries out day-to-day maintenance of daily operations for assigned client portfolios.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Enterprise Relationship Management experience, with a preference in the payments or financial services space.
- 5-10 years of experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive revenue growth with large clients.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
- Knowledge of business and operations, with the ability to train others.
- Additional special training in Payment Facilitation and knowledge of Fiserv systems, including Salesforce or similar eCRM tools.
- Ability to influence others at multiple levels internally and externally, and work collaboratively across teams to lead others who do not formally report to this person to drive results.
- Experience in sales and negotiating techniques, with consultative selling skills and a consistent track record of negotiating, closing deals, and generating results in a timely manner.
