Bottle Packaging Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Packaging and Customer Care Professional to join our team, who can deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and taking orders accurately and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different types of inquiries and personalities. A high school degree or equivalent is required, with a college degree or higher preferred. Experience with CRM systems and practices is also desirable.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000-$56,000/year, based on experience and performance. Our benefits package includes 5 paid sick days per year, company-provided lunch on weekdays before major holidays, a 360 reward and recognition program, vacation time, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health insurance.
