Customer Experience Specialist Position

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our Mr. Electric team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

About the Role:

In this role, you will be the face of Mr. Electric, interacting with customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, assigning tasks to electricians, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Schedule appointments, assign tasks to electricians, and monitor their progress
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and earn business
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as part of a team
