Job Summary

Heritage Environmental Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide feedback, and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, or Science.
  • Minimum 8 years of successful experience in territory management in the environmental field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Working understanding of environmental regulations and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
