About the Role

As a Sales Professional at Shorr Packaging, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of Shorr Packaging's solutions and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in an industrial setting or packaging industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, ability to understand client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present proposals and negotiate with clients.
