About the Role

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team for our evenings and weekends schedule.

We're looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service functions, including checking clients in and out and answering telephones.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Manage heavy call volume and client contact.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments.
  • Assist clients with emergencies and euthanasias.
  • Answer questions regarding our specialty and emergency services.
  • Manage medical records.
  • Ensure hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste, and maintain a clean and neat facility at all times.
